Review: I stumbled on this restaurant/juice bar quite by accident and have returned several times since. Let Jean-Louis concoct an herb or vegetable/fruit cocktail to order (extraction method - yumyum) and follow with the 'assiette' which changes daily and is full of delicious surprises. For the already converted or more adventurous, try the 'crusine' - all raw food menu. Take out and/or catering are possible and the incredibly stylish owner Lawrence Aboucaya knows everything about germination and sprouting and the merits of healthy eating. Pousse-Pousse also offers cooking and pastry classes. Very warm atmosphere with a varied international clientele who like me come back again and again.
