Respond to Review of CLOSED: Loving Hut - Parklane
Review: Was greeted by a lovely vibrant atmosphere when I entered. The place was very nicely designed, giving you a very warm feeling. They have just recently added 6 new dishes to their menus, 4 of which are different types of spaghetti (or pasta), and the other 2 are something like pizzas. They have cakes too (vegan of course). Sometimes during special occasions, like Christmas, they have log cakes (some pictures are uploaded here: http://iwillsavetheearth.blogspot.com/2008/12/loving-hut-singapore-soft-launch-at.html) I have sampled most of the noodles there, and are very delicious. Just note that the Tropical Noodles may be a little hot when served dry (but chili can be left out if wanted). One snack I like was the tofu jacket, where it had many layers of 'skin'. It was crispy and crunchy, fantastic. One should try out the food. It's a great place for anyone looking for delicious vegan treats, or those who would like to make the change to a plant-based diet, and are looking for veg alternatives (the vegetarian meat are really tasty and chewy. good for those new to the 'veg trend') simply great to have a meal there.
