Review: I just spent 3 days in Dunsborough and ate at Samudra every day! This is the first cafe I've been to in WA that specialises in raw food with some cooked options as well. I tried the Seaweed Salad (a main course, very generous, $12.50), Lentil Burger (on sourdough roll with salad & yummy chutney, very filling, $15.00), raspberry cheesecake (to die for, not a shred of dairy in sight but oh so creamy, $8.00), lemon meringue pie (zesty and creamy, $8.00), and a green smoothie. I wish I had more time so that I could try everything they make! It's not 100% vegan (they use honey in some dishes, and offer cow's milk in some of the hot drinks). They make the food to order so it can take awhile before it's served but it's worth it. They include organic ingredients where possible. They grow a lot of their green vegies and herbs on site - you can walk throughout the garden. There's also an extensive range of raw food lifestyle books, cookbooks and DVDs, along with a separate room selling organic cotton yoga clothing. There are also yoga classes here too, as well as movie nights and raw food classes. I took along my meat-eating companions and they loved it too. It's well worth travelling to Dunsborough just to eat here!
