Review: In the unlikely event that you find yourself in the wilds of the far northern suburbs of Delhi, Bell Peppers offers better-than-average veggie grub (with quite a few vegan options). It was originally labeled by HappyCow as vegan, but it most certainly isn't: around half the dishes have paneer (cheese), but there's plenty for vegans too. The Thai appetizers are recommendable: tasty and relatively authentic.
