Respond to Review of Casa Satya
Review: Fine place, friendly staff and delicious, healthy food. I wish they stopped offering fish dishes. On the other hand, I can imagine it's practically impossible for them to survive with a 100 % vegetarian "repertoire" in a country which is (still) quite intolerant towards vegetarianism. The vegan and raw dishes are marked - however, be sure to read the ingredient list carefully before ordering as I discovered a few mistakes. As a vegan, you're going to have a hard time trying to decide what to order, they have a lot of vegan dishes! Their variety of herbal tea sorts (all organic, of course) is impressive. The "breakfast" section is also wonderful, with lots of interesting shakes and cereals. The service is friendly and one has the feeling that they really love what they are doing. Satya also hosts seminar rooms, so it's nice to explore the house as well while waiting for your food. The little terrace is open during warm weather. The restrooms are also cosy (!) and very clean. Definitely the place to be.
