Respond to Review of Hmong Night Market
Review: Great vegan buffet! Tasty root-vegetable dishes, sprouts, tofu, rice-paper rolls and more. You can pile up your plate really high and it's only 10,000 kip. Incredible value! If you want your food hot, give it to the stall owner to reheat in the wok (I was happy with mine unheated though). Then you grab a seat on the communal table and enjoy! It's a bit tricky to find the stall. If you enter the night markets from the west, walk down Sisavangvong road, straight past the first laneway of food stalls on your left. (There are buffets in this laneway with some vegetarian options but also lots of meat.) After 5 minutes walking through the craft stalls, you'll see the vegan buffet by itself, on your left, on the corner of Wat Mai / 'Vat May'. It's worth it to find this all-vegan one. It's un-signposted, but you'll recognise it by the fact there aren't any chargrilled animal carcasses on the table.
