Review: we went there for a saturday lunch, and first impression was quite favourable. central location just behind rue rivoli, and nice modern spacious decor. a good start. we chose to share a mixed salad and then both had the tarte with mushrooms, spinach, nuts, and olives. the salad was fresh and appetising, so we were still happy, but then the main course came, and things took a downturn. the tarte looked like someone had thrown together some boiled spinach, some tinned mushrooms, some particularly unpleasant probably tinned pitted olives, and a couple of nuts. they'd heaped it on a bit of pastry with little finesse and no attempt at flavouring. this was served with a very bland rice, a very bland pile of lentils, and some other salad (which was about the best thing). none of it was inedible, but all of it was horribly bland and unappetizing. it really was the sort of food that gives vegetarianism a bad name. coming from the uk, the exchange rate is not favourable and so with just tap water, the lunch cost us nearly 30 euros, which it was most certainly not worth. it's a shame because with a little effort it could be so much better, but i have to say it was very dissappointing for us.
