Respond to Review of Aux Vivres
Review: I went many times to Aux vivres, and i always enjoy it. I prefer going there for lunch : the service is quick and the place is not overcrowded. At dinner time, it can be full and difficult to find a place : good thing is you can order your food to take out and eat on the park! Their corn bread with vegan butter is my favorite item on the menu. I also love their juices and smoothies ( try the creamsicle ) I like having one of their bowls or one of their GIANT sandwich on chapati bread. You can also order all kinds of sides, like tempeh, tofu, small salads, bread and spreads. The desserts are not the best i had but they are quite good. I just don't find them to be so original and unforgettable ; but they are not bad! Try the spicy brownie, if they have it ( sometimes they don't ) it might be the best one. About the service... since i've been there many times, it is hard to tell. Some of the servers are really nice and friendly. Some of them are not. No one has been rude. It never took an hour to get the food. Nobody made huge mistakes in my orders. I never had a bad experience, it's just that sometimes i feel like they are not focused on being nice with the customers. Not a big deal. Just understand that the experience will be totally different whether you go there on a weekday, for lunch, during winter or on a friday night during summer. Like everywhere else!
