Respond to Review of HI Hotel
Review: Vegetarian Menu on Thursday: one choice of starter, main and dessert. The ambient is fantastic as this is a truly designer hotel. Menu is very well presented, up to the standard of the surrounding environment. I went twice: both time I found an excellent starter (lentils and quinoa based) and a very poor main (really only salad and a couple of boiled vegetable): That's what I expect from non vegetarians trying to make an effort for a vegetarian audience (like... would you like a salad instead of my steak?) Fixed price for around 20 Euros: not as expensive as stated elsewhere.
