Review: OK - where to start? I am so happy that they have reopened - dream location in the centre of Hong Kong Park - in the museum of ceramics & carved jade seal chops - right next to the tea-ware museum. Teas & dim-sum perfectly prepared. Timeless setting. Huanghali wood furniture. Jixing ceramics. Teas from affordable to "Grand Crux". Always vegan savories. Menu changes daily. Occasionally one of the deserts may contain egg. Wonderfully eccentric owner. Think "Kung Fu" / David Carradine without the violence. Staff speak some English. You will often meet me there. Yummy scrummy!
