Review: We planned our visit to Amsterdam mid March 2013 expecting Spring weather. Instead we got minus temperatures and the coldest Spring weather since the 1920's. We heard about Bolhoed and were thrilled to find it. We dashed in for a quickie thaw-out session and had a cereal coffee made with soy milk and vegan oat cookies. Both yummy! Bolhoed has laid back atmosphere, decor and staff. We will be back. Especially to try the yummy sweet treats we only saw when we were leaving. Like raw vegan chocolate tart. It looked heavenly.
