Review: I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant on Prinsengracht. It's rather in the northern part of this canal, so I walked much longer to get here than I expected, but it was worth it. I chose the vegan ragout croissant without knowing what to expect, so I was quite surprised when it looked like a wholemeal roll. It tasted really good and was very filling. On the other hand, the dish is more expensive with a side-salad, but that salad was so small that it rather looked like a mere decoration. If you pay an extra for the salad, I think you can expect a bit more. Same goes for the carrot juice which was fresh and yummy, but also tiny. Service was ok and the location and interior is really nice, so altogether this was still the best veggie place I visited during my week in Amsterdam.
