Cut raw kernels from corn cob.
Place both ingredients in a bowl, and toss with a little maple syrup.
Strawberries are high in anthocyanins and can fight against free radicals. When paired with raw corn it makes a delicious breakfast bowl or dessert with a little maple syrup added as sweetener.
