Berry Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients:
3/4 cup (175ml) plain or vanilla non-dairy yogurt, divided in 3
2 tablespoon (28 ml) Holy Crap brand cereal or your choice
1/4 cup (60 ml) sliced strawberries
1/4 cup (60 ml) blueberries


Instructions:
Layer a glass beginning with yogurt, cereal, yogurt, sliced strawberries, yogurt, blueberries.

Garnish as desired.

To eat, stir to mix cereal with yogurt, wait 5 minutes for cereal to soften and enjoy.

PER SERVING (1 parfait): 260 calories, 6g fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 4mg cholesterol, 101mg sodium, 38g carbohydrates, 7g fiber, 14.3g protein. % RDI: 29% calcium, 14% iron, 8% vitamin A, 54% vitamin C.

Each serving also contains 2.5g of omega -3 and 2g of omega -6.
