4 cup hot water
1/2 cup dessicated coconut or 1/4 cup of any nut/seeds
3 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cardamon
1 teaspoon soy lecithin
Combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds in a Vitamix blender.
Enjoy immediately, or put the drink through a nut milk bag for a smooth hot drink.
Helpful for those suffering:
- cold hands and feet (cinnamon aides blood circulation
- digestion (cardamon)
- hormonal imbalances (maca)
- winter blues or fatigue (chia)
- needs a wake up call (cacao)
