1 pizza base
3 tablespoon soy mayonnaise
3 tablespoon satay sauce
½ zucchini (courgette), thinly sliced
½ red capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
½ avocado, diced
Mix mayonnaise and satay sauces together.
Spread sauces onto pizza base.
Add zucchini, capsicum peppers, and avocado on top of pizza in decorative manner.
Cook in oven at 200°C degree for approximately 15 minutes.
Number Servings: 1-2
Time to prepare: 20 mins
