½ cup quick oats
½ cup boiling water
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ tablespoon organic sucanat (or organic brown sugar)
1 tablespoon wheat germ
½ ripe banana, sliced
½ cup oat milk, room temperature
Cook oats, water, peanut butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir together until water is absorbed and oats are soft. Stir in wheat germ. Top with sliced banana and oat milk.
Try this: Use regular oats, cooking them per box instructions. When they are ready (about 5 minutes) stir in the peanut butter, sucanat, and wheat germ.
