Vegan Mac and Cheese
macaroni noodles for 2
4 cup water
1/4 cup water
1 cup "We Can't Say It's Cheese" brand cheddar dip
1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil.
2. Add 4 cups noodles. Bring to a boil and cook till tender.
3. Drain & rinse. Coat lightly with olive oil.
4. Heat water, add "We Can't Say It's Cheese," and stir until water is
5. Gradually add noodles while stirring.
Variations: Add diced, saute veggies, frozen peas, fresh basil, spinach, or other options during step 5.
