Avocado Popsicles

Ingredients:
2 or 3 avocados
Stevia to taste
cocoa or lemon



oh so very healthy and good.


Instructions:
Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Take the meat out of avocado and put in food processor. Add 1 or 2 teaspoon of cocoa and 2 or 3 stevia packets. Blend well, then add water to a thickness of pancake batter. Taste.

Pour into 2 ounce paper cups and put in freezer. Add popsicle sticks when partially frozen.

Variation: Another option is to add ground up organic lemon to avocado instead of cocoa. Sweeten to taste.
