1 head of green leaf lettuce
2-3 ripe avocado
4 roma tomatoes
1 medium Spanish onion
salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash seasoning-to taste
Rinse lettuce and peel off the leaves. Peel and smash avocado into a bowl, then add garlic, salt, pepper, and Mrs dash to the bowl. Dice tomatoes and onions.
Place the lettuce leaves flat and smooth on a thick layer of the mashed avocado. Add tomatoes and onions. Squeeze a fresh lime on top when finished.
Number Servings: 3-4
