Green Smoothie 2

Ingredients:
16 ounce drinking water
1 apple or pear
2 bananas
4 dates, pitted
1 handful of leafy greens such as spinach, parsley, celery, or kale


Instructions:
Wash and cut fresh produce.

Place all ingredients in a blend, and blend until smooth.

Add ice (optional).



Number Servings: 2-4
Time to prepare: 2 mins
