1 cup sunflower seed sprouts (see instructions below)
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoons Braggs Liquid Aminos or shoyu, or dash of sea salt to taste
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup filtered water
Soak 2 cups of raw sunflower seeds fully immersed in filtered water for 4 hours, and drain.
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Store in sealed container and use within 2 days.
Number Servings: 3 cups
Time to prepare: soak seeds + 5 mins
