1 block extra firm tofu, drained
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dill herb or grated dill pickle
1 teaspoon curry or garam masala
1-2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vegannaise spread
optional ingredients: green onions, baby organic greens, sprouts, sea salt, pepper
finely grated carrot
Mix all ingredients except the optional ones with a fork. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve with your choice of optional ingredients. Great on wraps, tortillas, chapatis, or your favorites crisps.
