1-2 tablespoon oil
1-2 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 green chili pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika or cayenne
1 can kidney beans, drained
Saute garlic, onion, chili, and paprika in oil until the onion is soft. Mash or blend the kidney beans. Combine all ingredients.
