Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:
4 ounce of raw tahini (sesame paste)
1 large clove of garlic
½ lemon, juiced
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Namo Shoyu soy sauce


Instructions:
Blend all ingredients with a bit of water to make a dressing consistency. Add Namo Shoyu to taste.
