4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
pinch of asafetida
1 1/4 cup water
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker or crockpot and cook on medium for 3 hours.
Number Servings: 6
Time to prepare: 3 hrs
