6 tablespoon corn starch mixed with 6 tablespoons water (the equivalent of 3 eggs)
1 cup corn oil, or preferred baking oil
1 cup sugar
3 ½ cup flour of choice
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ cup vegan chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Mix all body ingredients together then divide into 3 equal sized balls. Kneed each ball, making three equal sized loafs not to much more then 1 inch thick. Place on to cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 350F degrees (don't forget to preheat the oven before placing the sheet in). While the loafs are cooking mix together in small bag the sprinkle ingredients. After 25 minutes take cookie sheet out and generously sprinkle the mixture atop all the loafs, and place sheet back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes. When 5 minutes is up remove sheet again, cut the loafs across the width into little individual pieces about 3/4 of an inch - it should look similar to a biscotti. Then turn each piece on its side and sprinkle the mixture on it, bake 5 more minutes. Remove turn each piece over to the un-sprinkled side and sprinkle, bake for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy.
