1 cup quick cooking oats
2 cup water
1 apple, grated
3 tablespoon dried sweetened cranberries
3 tablespoon raisins
1/4 cup brown rice syrup or liquid sweetener
1 tablespoon cinnamon
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat, and stir in all ingredients except for brown rice syrup and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat, and stir in the syrup and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
