    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C.
    Bring the 1st six ingredients to a boil. Mix in the oats and sunflower seeds and let stand until all liquid is absorbed.
    Form into patties and bake on a greased tray for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 20 minutes.

    Ingredients

    2 cup water
    3 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 tablespoon oil
    1-2 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon Italian herbs (or mixed herbs)
    2 cup rolled oats
    1 cup sunflower seeds
