Grind the oats. It will make the ingredients stick and form into the patties you need.
Hi aurelie 48: just take oats and veggie broth and mix it together with a minced onion and a little salt-do it so the mixture will not be too thick but sticky-then let rest for about 20 minutes until oats bloat up....then u should be able to form burgers with wet hands-fry in veggie oil-DELICIOUS!!!after a while u get the feeling how much to take...

I am looking for a great tasting veggie burger that I can make at home. I actually tried this one, but it just didn't work for me. I followed it exactly, but it would NOT form into a burger. Anybody have any suggestions? I was tempted to grind some of the uncooked oats because that's pretty much all you could see was the uncooked oats.
