Melon Smoothie


1 medium size musk melon (like honeydew)
1 fresh coconut or 1 glass coconut milk
optional sugar


If using fresh coconut grate the coconut, and extract the water.

Blend the coconut meat and the water in a blender.

Cut melon into chunks, and add into blend.

Mix until smooth. Add sugar if desired.

Serve chilled.
