Ingredients1/2 cup raw almond
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 dash of sea salt and chia seeds
1/3 cup pre-soaked dates
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup ground flax
1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
1 ½ teaspoon maca, barley, or protein powder
InstructionsSoak almonds in filtered water for 6 hours. Drain.
Place almonds, vanilla, salt, sweetener, lemon juice, and flax into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients into food processor with blended ingredients, and pulse until mixed.
Using your hands, form into little round balls or simply press them into a square dish to make bars
Store in a sealed-tight container in the refrigerator or freeze.
