Ingredients1 organic, medium apple
1 large banana
200 ml rice or almond milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablepoon tahini or unsalted almond butter
1.5 tablespoon dessicated coconut
InstructionsRoughly chop apple, including skin but discard the core, and place in a jug ready for blending.
Peel and roughly chop banana, and place into jug.
Add 200ml of plant milk, then add tahini, cinnamon and coconut.
Blend until content is smooth. Enjoy.
