1 can cooked pinto beans
2 veggie dogs
Siracha chilli sauce or mustard as a side
InstructionsPreheat oven to 400 F degrees.
Buy or find recipe for cashew cheese. To make your own, soak one cup of raw cashew nuts in filtered water for 2+ hours.
Drain, and blend cashew with a bit of fresh filtered water, until you get a cheezy consistency.
Slice veggie dogs into pieces.
In a casserole pan, combine cashew cheese, veggie dog pieces, and pinto beans. Add BBQ sauce to the bake if desired.
Bake with lid on for 30 minutes.
Serve with a side of siracha or mustard.
