Root vegetables on-hand, like yam, sweet potato, carrot, or parsnip
Optional walnut or hazelnut pieces
InstructionsThis is a simple fried holiday left-over cooked vegetables.
Place all ingredients you have in a pan with cooking oil, and season with dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Stir fry quickly until hot. Serve with left-over gravy, sweet chutney, or mustard pickle on the side.
Optional to shred vegan cheez on top for a poutine effect.
