Ingredients4 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ firm tofu
1 bunch scallion
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 red pepper, diced
1 cup of dehydrated soy meat, or cooked soy meat, or veggie hot dogs sliced
4 cup cooked rice, cold
3 tablespoon soy sauce
InstructionsRehydrate the soy meat (if using dried one) with hot water for 10 minutes, then rinse, and squeeze out water.
Stir fry ginger and crushed garlic in a wok. Add the soy meat and tofu, cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add soy sauce, scallion, and red pepper. Saute for a 1 minute.
Add cold rice, stir, and add more soy sauce. Finally add a few drops of sesame oil. Salt to taste.
