5 dates cut up and pitted
¼ cup agave nectar or coconut syrup
1 ½ cups of raw almonds (soaked or not)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon agave nectar or coconut syrup
½ a lemon juice
1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
InstructionsMake the pie crust by placing all crust ingredients in a food processor, and blend till clumped together. Press down into a pie pan, put into the freezer to harden.
For the filling, blend all ingredients together till smooth. Pour into the crust, slice up a banana and decorate top and put back into freezer until frozen.
Take out when ready to eat. Let stand on counter for 10-15 minutes and cut into slices. Eat while still mainly frozen.
Garnish with fresh fruit pieces or shredded coconut.
