150g wholemeal breadcrumbs
100g Brazil nuts
100g cashew nuts
1 onion, roughly sliced
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons marmite
1 teaspoon of vegetable bouillon powder
300ml boiling water
2 tablespoon tamari
1 teaspoon tomato puree
3 teaspoon cold pressed sunflower oil
1-2 teaspoon sesame seeds
InstructionsProcess A list of ingredients in a food blender.
Mix B list of ingredients in a measuring jug. Combine A and B ingredients.
Press into a high sided roasting tin. Scatter over sesame seeds (C).
Cook for around 30 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.
