4 very ripe bananas
1 cup hemp milk or soy milk
1/2 cup water
4-5 drops vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. You can add more or less liquid depending on how thick you like it. Chill or serve over ice.
