1/3 cup margarine
2 1/2 cup flour
pinch of sea salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 cup soymilk
1 pound vegan sausage
Melt margarine. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, melted margarine, and soymilk.
Place vegan sausage in a greased casserole dish. Pour the batter over them.
Bake at 245F/224C for about 15 minutes, then at 350F/180C for a further 15-20 minutes.
