Ingredients3 cup pastry flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoon carob powder (or cocoa powder)
1/2 cup walnut crumbs
1/2 cup carob chips or chocolate chips
2/3 cup olive oil
2 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
InstructionsCombine the first 6 dry ingredients together in one bowl. Combine the remaining wet ingredients in a second bowl. Mix each throughly, then add together, mixing only until merged together and there are no lumps.
Pour content into a cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 40 minutes.
