Ingredients1 cup cashew nut pieces
1/4 cup pimentos (red, heart-shaped peppers)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 tablespoon salt
4 cups chopped broccoli
3.5 cups filtered water
InstructionsIn a blender, add half the water and all ingredients except water and broccoli. Blend for 2 minutes until creamy.
Then pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the remaining water and the broccoli. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until slightly thickened and broccoli is tender.
Serve with bread or crackers. Delicious!
