Ingredients1 ready to use pie shell
3 ripe bananas
2.5 cups soft tofu
1/2 cup safflower or sunflower oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup brown sugar or sucanat
3 tablespoons molasses
pinch of sea salt
InstructionsBlend all ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell, and chill for 3 hours before serve.
