2 bunches of turnip greens
2 bunches of mustard greens
1 teaspoon sea salt
Wash the greens. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Place greens inside pot and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender. Cut greens while in the pot. Serve as a side dish with a dressing of your choice.

I add peppers,onions, garlic and olive oil to my greens and they are so delicious!
