1 large banana
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 cup juice (apple, grape, or blueberry)
1 tablespoon hemp or protein powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add or reduce amount of juice to adjust thickness of smoothie to your liking.
