1 cup grapes
1 cup fresh berries (blueberries or strawberries)
2 sweet apple, peeled and sliced
1 tart apple, peeled and sliced
Wash and dry all fruits. Combine in a bowl and serve. Variation: try adding whatever seasonal fruits that is available, except for melons. Melons are best eaten alone and not combined with other fruits/foods.
Variation: You can use whatever fruit that is in-season at your local market!
This is a no brainer yet stellar. Fruits are so easy to eat and digest, especially in the mornings. Fruits also make a sweet uplifting snack. Enjoy.
I added coconut, a dab of honey, and a half a handful of broken up pecans

it was very nice but a bit too fruity. i do love fruit but it was discusting to be honest. the meadly was not that nice and only the cherries were ok
