2-3 thin slices fresh ginger
1/4-1/2 small lemon, juice
sweetener of choice
Heat water boil. Steep ginger slices inside a large mug with hot water for a few minutes. Let cool to warm. Squeeze lemon juice into mug. Add sweetener to taste.

This drink can be medicinal for someone who is feeling under or at the onset of a cold. Drink often and maybe even add a few tincture drops of echinecia or cold formula. Also a nice drink on a cold night.
