2 cup rolled oats (not quick-cooking)
½ cup pistachios
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup macadamia nuts
½ cup almonds
½ cup melted vegetarian margarine or oil
½ cup sweetener of choice
½ cup brown raw sugar
(Use unsalted nuts)
In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together and pour evenly into a roasting pan. Bake at 200F degrees for 3 ½ hours, stirring every 20 minutes. Remove granola immediately and place into a container. Variation: Reduce sweetener as desired; or use other kinds of nuts and seeds.

This is a great recipe for homemade granola. The only drawback is that it takes a long time and you have to keep an eye on the oven. Otherwise, the granola is a delicious treat.
