1 medium size sweet potato
3 cup water
1 piece of ginger, thinly sliced
3 tablespoon of brown or a piece of rock sugar
Peel sweet potato and dice into cubes. Place ginger and sweet potato in water and cook until tender. Add sweetener to taste. Serve warm.
