Ingredients1 cup pineapple chunks
1 14-ounce can coconut milk
3 tablesppon brown rice syrup or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon almond or rum extract
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
InstructionsPlace all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into 8 molds, and insert sticks.
Freeze until solid.
